What is this field of action about?
Mandatory, offered and requested check-ups under the Occupational Medical Care Ordinance (ArbMedVV, German law): many companies are unclear on this three-tier model. Compliance matters a lot here — failing to arrange a mandatory check-up is a regulatory offence.
Why does this field of action pay off?
Early detection pays off: illnesses caught early are usually easier to treat. Important for planning: screenings and check-ups are not tax-advantaged under § 3 No. 34 EStG (German law).
